River Run Community is a development of condominiums, town-homes, and single family homes located on and around the River Run Golf course in Worcester County Maryland. Part of the community borders the St. Martins River. Ocean City, Maryland and the beach are minutes away, along with the Assateague state and federal parks. The historic town of Berlin, Maryland is only five miles south.

The River Run Community Association is comprised of all the owners in the community and is responsible for managing the maintenance of all common areas, roads, and amenities such as the pool and tennis courts, as well as enforcing the association bylaws. It is open to families and individuals of all ages and offers a casual lifestyle that complements the facilities.

The River Run Golf Club is a world class Gary Player designed course and received a four star Golf Digest rating. The Golf Club includes a driving range, a putting green and a gourmet restaurant. Membership is optional for community residents, although many residents take advantage of the close proximity of the course.
