I have never logged into the website. How do I login?

Enter in your username then enter the default password. If you are not to sure what this is, send a Contact Us request to the Website Questions & Comments.


What is the default password that is used to login?

Fill in the Contact Us page, select the enquiry type of Website Questions and Comments then Click the submit button.


My username does not seem to work. How do I confirm what it is?

Fill in the Contact Us page, select the enquiry type of Website Questions and Comments then Click the submit button.


When I fill in the Contact Us Page how do I know who the request is going to?

If you select Website Questions or Comment your email will be sent to Cathy Passeri and HOA Board.
If you select Lawn Maintenance your message will be sent to HOA Board, and John Kotoski.
If you select Restaurant your message will be sent to Dawn Laffin & Lew Meltzer
If you select HOA Maintenance your message will be sent to John Kotoski and HOA Board.
If you select Pool Committee your message will be sent to HOA Board
If you select Tennis Committee your message will be sent to HOA Board
If you select Welcoming Committee your message will be sent to HOA Board
If you select Social Committee your message will be sent to HOA Board
If you select Golf Committee your message will be sent to HOA Board

Note: on the last five items have a chair person nominated, then the message will be set up so a copy goes to them.


Who is set up with a username and password?

This is for River Run Community residents and association members only who have supplied an email address.


Why do I need to give my email address to get a username and password?

Some kind of email address must be given so a user can be added in the system and receive system notifications from the website such as password reset requests.


If I give my email address out to get set up does this mean that it will be published in the directory and available to all community members?

No, this is different to the directory. If you do not want others to have your email address then it is simply. Just do not display it in your profile.


The username has been set up with my spouse’s name. Can I get a username of my own?

Yes, however we need a different email address than the one used for your spouse. Fill in the Contact Us page, select the enquiry type of Website Questions and Comments ask for a username and give us the new email address then click the submit button.
