TGIF – RR GOLF EVENT

Our next RR TGIF will be on Friday 9/23/22

The date has been determined by restaurant and course availability.

In order to play in the TGIF event, golfers must sign up in Pro Shop by Tuesday, 9/20/22

If you have signed up to play, show up promptly at 3:30 PM tee off at 4:00 PM (note earlier time due to time of year). Golfers will be separated into ABCD players (by handicaps), and teams will then be determined by Bob Beckelman according to handicaps to have competitive teams. If there are not enough A players, some teams may have 2 B players or any other combination which will equalize the field as closely as possible. We will play a nine-hole scramble. TGIF is open to all River Run residents and their guest.

You may bring guests, but your team will not be entered into the tournament unless separated into ABCD as above.  There is a $5 entry fee for members, $10 for non-members.  Prizes will be credits in the Pro Shop. Sign up for golf no later than 8/23/22. Late sign up and late arrivals prevent Bob Beckelman from arranging competitive teams in the 9-hole scramble.

The Hideaway Restaurant will be offering the $20.00 buffet, including tax, gratuity not included. The buffet (Irish Night) will include Shepard’s Pie, salad, bread and desert. Also, you may order off the menu and Happy Hour drink prices will be offered. Whether you are playing golf or not, join us for Happy Hour and dinner. If you plan to attend, call the Hideaway Restaurant (410-641-6500) or sign up in person by 9/20/22 with your name and how many people in your party.
